Prosecco, Spumante Metodo Classico, sparkling wine

Production equipment for prosecco, sparkling and semi-sparkling wines

Different methods for producing sparkling wines require specific equipment; The sparkling process can be by refermentation in an autoclave called the Charmat / Martinotti method to produce prosecco or by refermentation in the bottle called the Classic Method to produce sparkling wine. In the case of sparkling wine, carbon dioxide is simply added.

In the production of prosecco, pressurised containers called autoclaves are essential, available in PET or 304 stainless steel, specifically for frothing for decanting for filtration and bottling. Totally insulated, with a rusticated exchange band, safety group and washing pipe, PED-tested for compressed air up to 10 bar with possible internal exchanger. For sparkling wine production we require bottle neck freezers, wooden pupitres, constant volume dispensers and degorgers available manual or semi-automatic. For sparkling wine, we produce specific saturators to add CO2 directly into the bottle, into the tank via special immersion cartridges or directly onto the wine passage.

Each piece of equipment has different capacities depending on the production of bottles/hour of sparkling wine, whether prosecco or sparkling wine, contact us free of charge and we will direct you to the best supply for your needs.
