Sanitisation in the cellar is essential for quality wine production. There are many sources of organic and inorganic contamination from previous grape processing residues that lurk in the production and bottling areas, from where they can reach the bottles that will come into contact with the wine.
The elimination of germs and bacteria in the bottles prevents possible alterations in the wines that can lead to increased volatile acidity, unplanned spontaneous fermentations and unpleasant odours.
We manufacture machinery for washing bottles, dames, kegs and tanks. Manual, semi-automatic or complete automated linear equipment ranging from washing to blowing/drying, both inside and outside the container.
