Presses
Our presses have a central elastic membrane that, inflated with air, compresses the grapes towards the walls of the cylindrical tank. In this way, the must is completely extracted from the berry in a soft, gentle and effective manner.
This patented system means that all work steps are carried out by the operator without the use of electricity; the loading of the grapes, the pressing, the collection of the must and the discharge of the marc. Only an external compressor is needed to inflate and deflate the membrane.
