Aphrometers and Vuotometers
An indispensable instrument in the wine cellar for measuring the pressure inside bottles and thus, indirectly, the carbon dioxide content. The vacuometer or vacuum gauge measures the vacuum present in the sterile container bottle.
We also have samplers to take the wine sample directly from the pressurised autoclave; the fittings for connection to the tank can be customised. The measurement is visible on a manometer immersed in glycerine.
