Monoblock Rinser / Blower

Custom-designed and built integrated solutions for rinsing, drying and sanitising bottles prior to bottling. Perfect bottle cleaning through filtered air and water with possible disinfectant product. There are safety guards and inspection openings with safety systems.

Made of food-grade stainless steel, available with several injectors with disposable water system or with recirculation pump. Manual, semi-automatic, automatic, linear and rotary. The rotary system overturns the bottles by means of a star with grippers and inlet screw, during the process the bottle is washed by water jet, turned, blown and placed back on the conveyor belt.
