Stoning machines
The olive-pit separating machine is specifically designed to effectively separate pits from olives. The machine is equipped with a loading hopper, which receives the olives through a gearmotor-driven feeder. Once loaded, the olives are introduced into the separation basket, where a three-finned beater centrifuges them, allowing the separation of the pitted paste from the stones. A cleaner keeps the separation grid clear at all times, while an auger feeds the pump that transports the pitted paste to the kernels for the next stage of processing. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and materials certified for food use, guaranteeing high standards of quality, hygiene and safety during the process.
