Temperature control in oenology
The modern production process in the winery can no longer disregard strict temperature control: in fact, the thermoregulation of musts not only guarantees the optimisation of the production cycle as a whole, but also ensures high and constant quality standards.
This objective can be achieved through the installation in tanks, cement vats or other containers, of plates covering all requirements for the various capacities. These are heat exchange plates made entirely of AISI 304 or AISI 316L stainless steel with channels for the passage of the refrigerant fluid obtained with sophisticated laser welding systems and subsequent shaping of the channels by means of inflation.

This type of execution, compared to traditional systems, allows on the one hand the perfect and total control of production, thus guaranteeing that there are no problems of any kind during the use of the plates, and on the other hand the optimisation of thicknesses, aimed at containing costs and improving heat exchange. The plates, hydraulically tested to 6 bar, are designed for operation with water or water and glycol.
