Manual deioniser for tartaric stabilisation of musts and wines
A completely manual plant without the use of electricity, for small businesses that want to exploit the ion exchange technique for the tartaric stabilisation of wines.
Suitable for treating musts and wines, with the following features:
- A treatment column made of anti-acid material, food grade polyethylene inside and fibreglass outside. The passage of strong acid-based regenerating solutions inside the columns advises against the use of stainless steel.
