Degorging, shaving and levelling monoblock - 150 bottles/hour
The degorging, shaving and levelling monobloc is designed and built to perform the following operations on 0.75 cl and 150 cl glass bottles: crown cap extraction, liqueur dosing and levelling with wine. Indicative production is 150 bottles per hour. The manual monoblock is mainly composed of a structure made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which includes a base for ground support and a column connected to the base. On the column are installed the devices that allow the machine to perform its production cycle, including a device for the degorging operation, a liqueur tank with compressed air inlet and a pressure gauge for pressure control.

There is also a device for housing the bottle and inserting it on the inlet liqueur flow control valve, which can accommodate different bottle sizes. The machine is equipped with a three-way valve with manual control to adjust the dose of liqueur to be inserted into the bottles to be processed. There is also a device for holding the bottle that is used as a reservoir for the wine needed for the levelling operation. Finally, there is a valve with manual lever control to control the levelling phase.
