The BINZ tipper-lifter is a device used to facilitate the emptying of olives (or other materials) into the hopper of a processing plant.
Operation:
The crate (BINZ) is placed on the lift-tipper using a pallet truck.
Once positioned, the machine springs into action. The hydraulic unit actuates a piston that lifts the crate. As it lifts, the crate is gradually tipped to allow the contents (in this case, the olives) to be completely emptied into the hopper below.
The piston continues to lift and tilt the crate until all the olives have been discharged. This process ensures efficient and complete emptying.
