The Rotary Deramifier is an innovative machine designed specifically for cleaning olives prior to processing in the mill. Thanks to its robust construction and functional design, this machine is able to efficiently remove foreign bodies such as leaves, branches, stones and soil, preparing the olives for washing and subsequent processing. Silent design:

The 2-pass rotating drum is designed to operate without producing noise, making the machine suitable for extended working contexts.

Integrated blower and vacuum cleaner:

A powerful blower generates a high-speed airflow to remove leaves and small branches.

A vacuum cleaner sucks up debris and carries it away via a swivel tube, keeping the work area clean.

Two cleaning phases:

First phase: removal of larger branches and stones via the first drum.

Second stage: separation of leaves, small branches and soil by means of the second drum and air flow.

Variable feed screw:

Regulates the incoming flow of olives, optimising the cleaning process according to the quantity of product.

Discharge auger:

Removes foreign bodies (stones, soil) collected during the process.

Internal spiral:

In the second drum, a spiral pushes the olives towards the blower and directs them to an outlet channel, where they are collected clean and ready for the crusher.

Operation of the Rotary Deramifier:

Loading the olives:

The olives are fed into the loading hopper and conveyed by a variable feed screw.

First cleaning stage:

The olives enter the first drum, where the larger branches and stones are separated and removed.

Second cleaning phase:

The olives pass to the second drum, where a powerful flow of air generated by the blower removes leaves and small branches.

Soil and other heavy residues fall to the bottom and are discharged via the discharge auger.

Suction of residues:

Leaves, branches and other light residues are sucked up by the blower and transported over a distance via a pivoting tube.

Exit of cleaned olives:

The now-cleaned olives are pushed by an internal spiral towards an outlet channel, where they are ready for washing and further processing.
