The machine is specially designed to separate olives from stones. It consists of an olive loading hopper, equipped with a gearmotor-driven feeder.
The olives are conveyed to a separation basket, inside which a beater with three centrifugal vanes acts on the product.
This process allows the separation of the pitted paste on one side and the stones on the other. A cleaning system keeps the separation grid free, while an auger feeds a pump that sends the pitted paste to the kernels.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel and food-grade materials, guaranteeing hygiene and durability.
