Conditions of Sale and Guarantees

Designed and built with high quality materials and an accurate structure in every detail, it features an enamelled steel hopper and case. Simple to use and practical in operation, inside the hopper there is an auger that, thanks to its movement, constantly drags the product inside the rollers. Thanks to a powerful electric motor mounted on the machine, all mechanisms are activated: from the crushing rollers to the upper auger to the destemming shaft, which separates the grapes from the stems thanks to the stainless steel grid. Mechanisms such as rollers and gears are made of nylon, both to ensure proper retention of food substances and to guarantee robustness and long product life.

The rollers can be adjusted by a few millimetres.

The removable grid is made of stainless steel while the gears and rollers are made entirely of nylon.

The rollers are also adjustable by a few millimetres thanks to special supports. Robustness and long life are guaranteed by the high quality materials used in the construction.

- Conforms to Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery) as well as to Directives 2006/95/EC (Low Voltage) and 2004/108/EEC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)

- Conforms to harmonised standards EN 953, EN 13850, EN 60204-1

- Conforms to production and food contact EC 1935 / 2004.

The protective casing supplied (in assembly kit) must be placed on top of the hopper to prevent access of upper limbs to the auger and roller drive area. The machine must be placed on top of a container for collecting the crushing, as described below.

After starting the engine, place the bunches of grapes in the hopper, which are taken by the auger to the rollers where the crushing takes place. Once the grapes have been crushed, they pass to where the flapping shaft is located, which separates the berries from the bunch by performing the destemming. The stalks come out at the back of the machine, while the grapes, passing through the holes in the grid, are ready for fermentation.

The dimensions of the stalk outlet are determined by safety and functional requirements, with the aim of facilitating the evacuation of the stalks. In the event of abnormal accumulations that may obstruct the mouth, the machine must be stopped and only then should the obstructions be removed.
