It belongs to the range of products suitable for cold pressing for processing grapes, apples, pomegranates, berries, fruit in general and some vegetables, to easily and quickly obtain wine, juice, cider and more.
In some regions it is also used for the special preparation of certain vegetables to be stored in jars.
The PEW20 model is the smallest of the hydropress range, its capacity reaches 20 litres and without physical effort or electricity, it works in a simple way: it exploits water pressure alone; this is introduced inside a natural rubber membrane that, swelling, squeezes the fruit against the walls of a perforated cage in a uniform manner; a cloth filter supplied with the machine allows the liquid to escape without the danger of clogging the holes.
Any splashes during processing are contained by the supplied bag. This type of processing also maintains all the natural, nutritional, physical and antioxidant characteristics and properties of the fruit. The cage is made of stainless steel, as are all the internal parts of the machine.
The lid and base, on the other hand, are made of strong and resistant aluminium treated to make it suitable for food contact. The pressure assembly is protected by a safety valve set at 3 bar.
