With its 80 litre internal capacity, the PEW80 model is the largest hydropress in our range. It is ideal for cold pressing in the processing of fruit in general and some vegetables to obtain wine, juice, cider and more. In some regions it is also used for the special preparation of certain vegetables to be preserved in jars. It does not require any kind of electricity or physical effort.
Operation is simple and uses water pressure, which is introduced into a natural rubber membrane that inflates and squeezes the fruit against the walls of a perforated cage evenly.
A cloth filter supplied allows the liquid to escape without clogging the holes. Any splashes during processing are contained by the supplied bag. In this way, all natural, nutritional, physical and antioxidant characteristics and properties are retained.
The cage is made of stainless steel like all internal parts. The lid and base, on the other hand, are made of robust and resistant aluminium.
All press components are treated to be suitable for contact with foodstuffs. Finally, the pressure assembly is protected by a safety valve set at 3 bar.
